This Privacy Notice applies between you, the User or Visitor to the MPWR-365 website and MPWR-365 Ltd.

Website: means the website https://mpwr-365.co.uk or any associated sub-domain of the website, wholly controlled by MPWR-365 Ltd.

Users of the MPWR-365 Ltd Website are strongly encouraged to review any Privacy Notice of any and all websites and social media platforms prior to providing or where possible accessing said sites. 

Transfer of rights 

18. You may not transfer any of your Rights under this Privacy Notice to any other person. 

Legal interpretation 

19. If any court or competent authority finds this Privacy Notice or clause or terms incorporated within it is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that clause or term will to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted and the validity of all remaining clauses or terms shall not be affected. 

20. This Privacy Notice shall be governed and interpreted by the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising from the Privacy Notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

21. MPWR-365 Ltd reserves the right to change or amend this Privacy Notice as deemed necessary from time to time or as required by law.
