This Privacy Notice applies between you, the User or Visitor to the MPWR-365 website and MPWR-365 Ltd.

MPWR-365 or MPWR-365 Ltd: means the company incorporated in the UK with a registration number of 15208085, and with a registered address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. 

User or You: means any third party who accesses or visits the MPWR-365 website. 

Website: means the website or any associated sub-domain of the website, wholly controlled by MPWR-365 Ltd.

Transfer of rights 

18. You may not transfer any of your Rights under this Privacy Notice to any other person. 

Legal interpretation 

19. If any court or competent authority finds this Privacy Notice or clause or terms incorporated within it is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that clause or term will to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted and the validity of all remaining clauses or terms shall not be affected. 

20. This Privacy Notice shall be governed and interpreted by the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising from the Privacy Notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
